Using data-driven, targeted content and real-time technologies, we reached customers at every stage of their journey. And we consistently drove on- or above- goal opens, CTRs, conversion, and revenue results.
This is a sample of the high-profile Member Essentials eNewsletter, a personalized communication designed to support Card Members’ lifestyle interests and buying behaviors—and contextualize benefits for 30 Amex Card products. With multiple dynamic variations per placement, any month could have over 100 eNL variations. 
With over 50% of email opens now on mobile, every element of the design was fully responsive for all screen sizes. In addition, we designed the template to utilize entirely live text in order to maintain legibility and accessibility.
