The previous Amex Experiences eNewsletter was clunky and outdated. It’s CMS was a mess. Engagement and revenue numbers weren’t meeting the mark. Amex wanted to greatly simplify the design, continue regional targeting and increase engagement rates. 
Clean, simple and very mobile friendly, the design solution allows for immense flexibility with section headings that provide context for the user. Real-time content is incorporated, including live count-down timers and dynamic call-to-actions that update as tickets become available. Design elements are customized for top national cities and for Amex Card Products to ensure brand consistency and increase relevancy. The results are staggering—engagement rates doubled over the prior design.
